Hexagonal stucture of the water crystal is the sign of harmonic water full of natural energy, as in nature. Water supply systems weaken the water creating amorphous shapes with little structure. The unique forms of our products restore living water hexagonal structure.
Dr Masaru Emoto froze water revealing crystals present only in living structured E-Z water. Emoto's loving care of water showed that these crystals show the presence of appreciation, love and gratitude. They are evidence of the hexagonal lattice structure seen in snowflakes, studied deeply as E-Z water by Dr Gerald Pollack. Exclusion Zone refers to the way liquid crystalline water excludes hydrogen ions making water more pH balanced (which can be more alkaline) and toxic pollutants are also excluded. E-Z increases in water as its structure is improved.

After a 3 minutes stay in the Alladin carafe the number of negative ions of tap water also increased from 3,324 to 12,863 per unit. Increased negative ions are an indicator of increased life-force, BOVIS, pH balance and oxygen content.
